Decorating a Guest Bathroom.

decorating a guest bathroom
Although a guest bathroom doesn't have to be as large as the main bathroom and may be used less often, doesn't mean that you are going to skimp on style. If you love color, continue the trend in your guest bathroom. That pop of pink in the above space makes all the art pop and provides a great contrast with the black accessories.

This orange bathroom is quite groovy and fun!

As a convenience for your guest(s), if space is available, install a large mirror at the bathroom vanity area.   Also, make sure to have soap, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial tissues, and after shave lotion on hand in case your guest might have forgotten to bring their own.

A guest bathroom or powder room is a great space to experiment with wallpaper and go bold. What's the style of your guest bathroom? xx

  1. Great post Stacey, my faves are the all white bath and the last bath pictured. I am in the beginning stages of redecorating my powder room. The style i'm going for is "tropical". Have a GREAT day!

  2. Beautiful!! The orange is called Persimmon. We painted the foyer in our old house that color. When we moved I was so sad that tI couldn't take the foyer with us!

  9. I love your creative ideas! In my guest bathroom, I implemented many bold colors as well. I used a bright and vibrant yellow as my base color and added a complimenting border as an accent. The artwork is very bright as well, which makes this room my favorite in the house. It looks like a sunny day.

  10. Thanks for the update. Those are great designs for decorating a guest bathroom. So many different options, from classic, to traditional, to modern. Hard to believe you can make such a small room have such dramatic impacts. I particularly like the orange themed design. It is sleek, clean and striking. Not sure I would waste it on any guests though!
