I was so giddy with excitement when I happened upon this article while perusing the New York Times recently. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited Jamaica and for a few minutes I was able to transport myself to a place that holds many of my fondest memories… If I could afford it, I would purchase this 3 bedroom waterfront villa (in the parish of Portland) in a heartbeat.

simple white kitchen. love the archway!
loving the tile work and the simple elegance in this dining room. it’s no surprise that the outdoor space is just a stone throw away.

master bedroom nestled amongst nature
deck extended over the water with a coral reef in place to protect against rough waters.
Jamaica, land of beauty! What a villa! Blessings and a great day to all. XX

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Villa!
Boy I wish there were houses like this in my current house hunt!!
ReplyDeleteYup, I'd buy this in a heartbeat too.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I'm not sure about is the kitchen, and I don't even know why. Love the archway, but not sure about the rest of it. I know!! It's the metal island top. I'm picturing either granite or butcher block. Yup, that's it!!!
That's a lot of house and a lot of beautiful access to the beautiful water for a very small price! That would barely get you an ordinary house here...our prices are crazy.
ReplyDeleteJust imagine waking up to that water view each day! Heaven. x
Gorgeous--loving all the white furniture and that pool is amazing!

so freaking fab. But I'd live in a one bedroom shack any place in Portland my dear. My favorite spot on the rock. Hands down.
ReplyDeleteI love the white interiors and those stunning views...ahh maybe some day?

If you want to have full return on investment on your kitchen cabinets, you have to hire experienced and professional people to get the job done. Not all can handle this and you may have to compromise with your kitchen design if installation is improper.
ReplyDeleteWho wouldn't love with this jaw-dropping beautiful villa surrounded with a picturesque view of nature? A place you can definitely call your own. A great place for spending some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but it sure has a pricey tag on it.
