A Little DIY with Spray Paint…

My little table needed some TLC and now that school is out i finally have the time…It survived one move and has been outside in the elements since, so it was chipping in some spots and the white paint had started to peel. It shouldn’t surprise y’all that I had orange spray paint laying around and thus the transformation began…

BUT FIRST

i had to prep the surface with some light sanding.  you can see the wear and tear in some areas from this picture.

voila! just like new again.  XX

A “Cooling” Effect.

It doesn’t surprise that it’s been scorching hot already and we’re barely into Summer. I mean, most of us had very mild Winters and we were wondering where Spring was as it felt like Summer during those months. This home is welcoming and seems like the perfect place to take cover from the heat; the interior spaces to me have a “cooling” effect.  They are crisp and clean and yet have a weathered aesthetic. The fabrics seem like they would feel nice and cool against ones skin...






I really love all the natural light that’s streaming through the windows too. I am finally catching up with everyone. If I haven’t visited you yet, I am on my way!.  Stay cool friends. XX

A Parigian Wedding.

Going to the chapel and we’re gonna get married… Can you imagine getting married in Paris?  It must have been a dream come true for this adorable couple.
